Eat Lafayette – The Kitchenary

For this edition of Eat Lafayette, the cameras followed me to The Kitchenary in the Oil Center.

Amid the essential kitchen utensils sit inventive gadgets to help you around the kitchen, from chopping blocks to clean-up items and everything in between.  On the other side of the "store" sits a demonstration kitchen that serves as (what is coming to be known as) THE lunch destination for fresh, light and delicious!

Michelle and her staff use fresh meats, vegetables, herbs, seafood and ideas to craft dishes that not only please the palate but also pique your curiosity: how do they make it taste so good?
