Our Eat Lafayette Adventures continued at Rochetto's in Scott, and, boy, am I glad we went! Each Rochetto's pizza comes with your choice of hand-tossed or cracker crust and you can choose fresh tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic ricotta, alfredo sauce, bar-b-que sauce or ranch dressing, but they have way more than pizza! Take a  look at our vist with Brady  and his great staff, then head to Rochetto's on the I-10 Frontage Rd. down from Cajun Harley, and don't forget to register for the cruise at every Eat Lafayette restaurant! We had the Tiger Pride and the Cajun Rage and I couldn't pick a favorite because they were both so good!  Their muffaletta is made on fresh Poupart's bread and it's the Eat Lafayette special: $1 off a half and $2 off on a whole.  Even their House Salad is special, especially when you top it with their home-made Blue Cheese Dressing!
