Don’t you love a recipe that is easy to make, but tastes as though you worked on it all day? This is one of those recipes. Sweet and tangy, the glaze compliments the delicious taste of fresh salmon.
3 tbsps dark brown sugar, packed
4 tsps Dijon mustard
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2(8 oz) salmon fillets (about 3\4 in thick)
Prepare grill to med-high heat
To create glaze, combine all ingredients except salmon in a medium bowl and whisk to blend. Brush one side of fillets with half of glaze. Place salmon, glaze side down on grill. Cook until glaze is slightly charred,about 4 minutes. Brush fresh side with rest of glaze and turn. Grill until second side is slightly charred and center of fish is opaque (about 5 minutes.) Transfer to serving plate. ENJOY!!!
