DWI Checkpoint Friday Night In Iberia Parish

Deputies with the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office will continue their efforts to combat impaired driving on Friday night by conducting a DWI checkpoint.

The checkpoint will happen in an undisclosed location within Iberia Parish from 9:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.

"As always, motorists should use a designated driver if they are planning on being out and consuming alcohol," says Sheriff Louis Ackal.
