Drone Footage Shows Harvey’s Destruction [VIDEO]

Houston, Texas, the 4th largest city in the United States is underwater this morning.  Hurricane Harvey's winds and rains have caused devastation, destruction and heartbreak for over 6 million people.  And Harvey's wrath isn't over yet.

Yesterday, drones sought pictures from areas where people haven't been able to return.  The devastation is abundant.

Forecasters predicted more rain, and even wind intensity from Harvey as the storm moves back out into the gulf for a recharge only to return to the Houston area before heading northeast.
