Drivers Don’t Know What To Do At Those Blinking Yellow Arrows: CJ’s Daily Message November 10, 2018

Many drivers in Lafayette don't know what to do with those blinking yellow traffic signals.  I saw a near fatal crash a few days ago.  It was such a close call that I actually closed my eyes.

Like roundabouts, drivers in Lafayette have trouble with those blinking yellow arrows.  Some drivers think they mean it's okay to make an immediate left turn.  That is so not true.  The blinking yellow arrow means it's okay to turn when safe.
