Car Burglaries in Lafayette – Don’t Be a Victim

car burglaryThe Lafayette Police Department is reporting that there were 92 car burglaries within the City of Lafayette since September 13, 2012! In the majority of the cases vehicles were unlocked and rummaged through. Don’t be the next victim! Secure your valuables and vehicles anytime the vehicle is unattended. Report any suspicious people, vehicles or situations immediately by calling 911.

Anyone with information about the car burglaries is encouraged to call the Lafayette Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
