Dog ‘Screams’ Then Barks During Walk

This story is about a dog that sounds like she is screaming when she is taken for a walk through the neighborhood. She also barks almost the whole time. I should know, she's my dog.

Lil' Bit started screaming like this when she first realized that there were critters in out back yard.  We've had possum, rats, birds, even a turtle, and she now gets so excited to get into the back yard that she screams all the way out.

When I take her for a walk around the neighborhood, she screams and/or barks for any little thing, be it another dog barking, a lawn mower, a bird flying by.  Quite honestly, it's a little embarrassing, because it sounds like I am beating her or something.

Anyhoot, if you live in my neighborhood, please excuse the screaming dog as we walk by your house.
