Divine Intervention In Thibodaux Car Theft

If your vehicle has to be stolen, it's at least comforting to know you have friends in high places looking out for you.

A Thibodaux man told police the Holy Spirit let him know that his rental car had been stolen, according to KATC. 

The car thief, 18-year-old Rashon Maize, was arrested twice on the same day for stealing his father's rental car. Maize's father told police that his girlfriend called him and let him know that the Holy Spirit told her that his car had been stolen.

Rashon Maize is currently detained at the LaFourche Parish Detention Center with a bond set at $10, 000.
