Courtney Cox: Her Bruce Springsteen Days

Courtney Cox turns 47 today, and, other than being known for her role on Cougar town, and of course as Monica on Friends, most people will remember her as the fresh-faced girl in the Bruce Springsteen video "Dancing in the Dark".
