Consumer Reports has released the most and least customer friendly companies with their 2013 “Naughty and Nice” lists

Consumer Reports is the leader in ranking and rating so that we consumers don't make bad choices and decisions when spending money. The group ranks Amazon.com, United Airlines, Best Buy and shopping channel QVC “Naughty”.  Reasons rang from price to policies.  Companies like Citibank, Lands’ End and Southwest Airlines landed a spot on the “Nice” list.
