I'm not a customer of Comcast, so I don't have any firsthand experience with them. Friends and relatives in other parts of the country have expressed extreme dissatisfaction. The company has been involved in bitter disputes with several cable networks in recent years. CBS News reports Comcast recently sent a bill to a customer in Spokane, Washington addressed as A%%#@le Brown. The customer, Lisa Brown couldn't get any satisfaction from the company.
