Co-Founder for KONY 2012 Viral Video Arrested for Allegedly Masturbating in Public

  Jason Russell, the Co-Founder of Kony 2012, was arrested yesterday in San Diego for allegedly being extremely intoxicated and masturbating in public.

 The San Diego News reported,

Jason Russell, 33, was allegedly discovered masturbating in public when officers arrived on the scene at the intersection of Ingraham and Riviera Road. San Diego Police stated that they received numerous phone calls about a man acting belligerent in various states of undress that was running through traffic and screaming incoherently.
