CJ Tries His First Patti LaBelle Sweet Potato Pie [VIDEO]

Seems like it's impossible to find a Walmart Patti LaBelle Sweet Potato Pie, unless you mention you need one on the radio. I love Patti LaBelle, have seen her live in concert 14 times and have been backstage with her several times but I've never tried the diva's Sweet Potato Pie, until today!

A listener to CJ and Debbie Ray in the Morning named Christopher, who was celebrating his birthday, brought us our first Patti LaBelle Sweet Potato Pie. Debbie Ray said on the air that for two years now, she'd not been able to find a Patti Pie. So I said, for two station t-shirts and two CJ and Debbie Ray in the Morning coffee mugs, we needed a pie. Not only did we get one pie, Christopher brought two, one for each of us.

The Patti LaBelle Sweet Potato Pie is made with California grown sweet potatoes, butter, spices and serves 8. Except for today. Today, my hard to find pie served only 2, Steve Wiley and me!
