Chili Cook-Off This Saturday In Mire

A chili cook-0ff benefit for Beverly (Dolly) LeJeune will take place Saturday, December 13 at the Mire Fire Station.

The event begins at 9am, and entry fee for teams is $25.  Chili judging will be at 1pm.

A $5 donation gets you all you can eat, lets you participate in the live auction and bake sale, and enjoy the sounds of Cajun Man (Jason Richard).

This is a family-friendly event, with no alcohol being served (no ice chests allowed).

The Mire Fire Station is located on Hwy 95, just north of Duson.
