Several News sources report that Charlie Sheen has been released from Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angles after being admitted early Thursday morning.

According to Stan Rosenfield, Sheen’s Publicist, the star of Two and a Half Men was having severe abdominal pains which triggered a 911 call early Thursday morning from the Actor’s Home.   The Severe abdominal pains may have been caused by a hernia.  The actor reportedly has a history of stomach hernia issues.

www.tvguide.com  reports that Charlie’s father, Actor Martin Sheen, his mother, Janet Templeton and Charlie’s ex-wife, Denise Richards were at the hospital with Sheen yesterday.

Some news reports paint a different picture of what transpired before the 911 call was made at 6:35am Thursday morning.  “Charlie had a wild party for 36 hours…that involved girls, porn stars, drinking, drugs, the works,” said Harvey Levin from TMZ, which carried the report about the possible hernia. Sheen was reportedly transported to the hospital at 7am.

According to www.tmz.com, two young women exited Sheen’s home as Charlie was taken out on a stretcher with a towel partially covering his face.

On Twitter late Thursday, Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Wife Denise Richards tweeted “Thank You So Much for your Kind and Supportive Messages… It Means a Lot.”  www.twitter.com
