A recent survey of 58,000 ConsumerReports.org readers gives AT & T the lowest score when it comes to cell phone providers in the U.S.  AT&T dropped significantly in overall satisfaction when compared to other providers surveyed. More than half of those in the survey use AT&T as their carrier because they own iPhones that have been exclusive to AT & T.

Consumer Reports data shows that iPhone owners are less satisfied with their carrier.  Those who responded also rated AT & T Web and e-mail service lower than owners of smart phones using other carriers. Click here to see who came out on top.
