Festival International De Louisiane has won multiple awards in recent years. There are several good reasons for this. It's a great festival featuring art, family friendly activities, music from around the world, and incredible food. You don't have to break the bank to attend. You'll soon have a chance to relive some of your favorite performances from this year's festival, and/or catch performances you might have missed.

It often seems to me that advancements in communication technology bring, or are at least accompanied by, a regression in people's communication skills. Over the weekend, a Facebook friend posted some texts that she received from a guy in the "Wee hours." I'm not sharing the content here. Let's just say such guys give us men a bad name...
