July 18, 2012 A grand jury in Lafayette, Louisiana has indicted Brandon Scott Lavergne on kidnapping and murder charges in the death of Mickey Shunick. The panel of citizens also believed enough evidence was presented to indict him in a cold case from 1999, as well.
