From Carnival News: With The Chef's Table, a group of 12 guests enjoy cocktails and hors d'ouevres hosted by the ship's chef de cuisine. The chef then takes the group on a tour to see the galley in operation.

We've fielded quite a few inquiries about what to pack, so here's the official word from Carnival and some tips from some cruise veterans: Formal dress includes tuxedo, suit and tie, or jacket and tie for men and evening gown, cocktail dress or pantsuit for women. Casual wear means sport shirts and slacks for men and dresses, skirts or pantsuits for women.

Is it just me or do baby elephants playing on beaches result in the cutest vacation videos ever?! Doubt we'll see this in Cozumel on the CJ and Debbie Ray Sailaway, though!
