The federal trial of Desperado's strip club owner James  Panos was set to begin March 25th. It's been pushed back to July 29th at the request of the prosecution.
Federal prosecutors asked U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Foote for more time to prepare their case, citing the "voluminous nature of the evidence."

The prosecution reportedly intends to introduce into evidence audio recordings of more than 20 alleged drug buys, multiple drug samples, and 25 boxes of documents. They're also expected to call more than 30 employees to the witness stand. Panos pled not guilty to the federal charges in December. The trial is expected to last 3 weeks.
