Cajuns To Face Tough Opponent, Early Kickoff

Mark Hudspeth's Ragin' Cajuns went on the road Saturday, and came away with convincing 40-24 win over a tough Louisiana-Monroe squad.

The Cajuns held the ball for more than 40 minutes, and rushed for 234 yards, totalling 607 yards of offense.

The Cajuns go on the road to face another tough opponent when they travel to Gainesville to meet the Florida Gators this Saturday. The Gators currently hold 1st place in the SEC East with a record of 7-1, and are ranked # 6 in the BCS.

A win over a top 10 ranked opponent would be a big "Feather in the cap"! Kickoff is scheduled for 11:21am.
