Builders Of Obama’s Health Website Saw Red Flags

WASHINGTON (AP) — Programmers building the government's health care insurance website say they saw the red flags before Americans trying to sign up for insurance began having problems.

Project developers say they were concerned whether the site could be ready in time and complained about what they saw as unrealistic deadlines.
