Buffalo potatoes are a simple and delicious side that would go great with any dish, but especially well with a steak!

Buffalo Potatoes

Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes,scrubbed and cut into 1\2 inch wedges

1 tbsp. olive oil

kosher salt and black pepper

3 tbsp. unsalted butter,melted

2 tbsp. hot sauce

Bleu cheese dressing

 Directions

Preheat oven to 450.On a baking sheet,toss potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast for 20 min.Flip potatoes and roast for 15-20 minutes longer or until crisp and golden.

Meanwhile,in a large bowl,combine butter and hot sauce and season with salt and pepper.Add the potatoes and toss to coat.Serve with bleu cheese dressing.
