Britney Spears Documentary To Air In December

It's a long way from Kentwood, Louisiana to Las Vegas.

Britney Spears' journey will be chronicled in an upcoming documentary, "I Am Britney Jean" to air on E! next month. Rolling Stone reports the 90 minute special will air December 22nd at 8pm Eastern time.

Network publicity states "I Am Britney Jean" will provide, "an intimate look at one of the most overexposed yet under-revealed stars of today as she faces one of her biggest challenges ever while finishing her album, shooting videos, doing press – and being a mom." Spears has 50 shows scheduled at Las Vegas Planet Hollywood over the next two years. Her new album drops December 3rd.
