*** UPDATE ***

Fire investigators determined that the fire was caused by the heat from the welding being performed on the truck inside the workshop. The heat from the welding apparently ignited combustible material on the truck. The fire spread from the vehicle to other combustibles in the workshop. The metal-framed building and its contents sustained heavy fire damage. The fire cause was determined to be an accident.
