‘Boudin’ Movie – The Tale of South Louisiana’s Favorite Food

Around our office, we refer to it as the 'Breakfast of Champions,' and it's devoured in no time flat when it arrives in all its white Styrofoam glory. Of course, I'm talking about boudin! It's always been popular here, but most Americans have never tasted the yummy goodness of pork and rice and special seasonings packaged in the original to-go wrapper, pork casing.
