Many of us enjoy helping others, but only if the beggar is really in need.  Many times I have been reluctant to give money to someone in need or a civic organization asking for donations because I didn't know if the person was really needy, really poor, or if the organization would distribute it properly.

After watching this video, I remain even more skeptical.
