The 2013 "Miss World" competition will be held in Indonesia, and official with the pageant have announced, due to strong Muslim influence, the swimsuit portion of the competition will not feature bikinis.

According to Yahoo! News, instead of a bikini, contestants will wear the traditional Indonesian beach garb:  a sarong.

Miss World officials received a request from the Indonesian organizer of the event, and have agreed to forgo the bikini in this year's show of beauty, fashion, talent and shallowness.

Now excuse me, but I have to go watch Shallow Hal, again.
