After doing the morning show with Debbie Ray for over 18 years, you might think that would change even a non-morning person into one, lol, NOPE!

I hate mornings.  I come alive about ten, as in PM.  What about you, are you a morning person?  Would you like to be?  Take a look at these 5 easy steps we non-morning people can take to be become better early risers.

1.  Force yourself to get out of bed.  Put the alarm far enough away from the bed so that you have to get out of bed to turn it off.  Probably not the first time you've heard this one.  But have you done it?

2.  Experts say to find something about the following day that excites you and think about that before going to bed.  If you think about all the not so fun stuff you have to do the next day, you may not sleep as well and in the morning you probably won't be excited to start your day.

3.  This one may seem odd, but it works.  Brush your teeth right when you wake up.  The brushing wakes you up and so does the taste of the toothpaste.

4.  Most people are dehydrated when they wake up, drink a glass of water.  Dehydration will make you feel tired.  Many people think they need more sleep when all they need is water.

5.  Exercise!
