We put Sutton to bed about an hour ago and then heard noise coming from her room. We turned on her baby monitor and found her praying! Wish we could have gotten the whole thing recorded. You've got to watch this! So sweet!!!

Parents of a 2-year-old toddler heard talking coming through the baby monitor in their daughter's bedroom and were shocked when they turned the volume up.

Kathryn and Caleb Whitt have a normal bedtime ritual with their daughter Sutton, but the South Carolina couple skipped over the usual bedtime prayers on Sunday night so they could hurry back to cheering on their Panthers in the NFC Championship.

Thats when they heard noises coming from upstairs.

When the couple pulled up the baby monitor on Kathryn's cell phone they realized the "talking" they heard was actually Sutton saying her prayers, all by herself.

According to CNN, Sutton normally rushes through her prayers at bedtime, "taking about 20 seconds to recite everything."

But on this night she spent a bit more time. In the video, she thoughtfully calls out the names of the people she's praying for and says thanks many times. Sutton mentions everyone from her grandma to her parents to even Santa Claus.

Kathryn said she was just shocked that baby Sutton was able to think through everyone she wanted to pray for at such a young age. She was only able to record the end of her daughter's 2-minute prayer, but the toddler may have saved the best prayer for last.

Initially, the Whitts debated on sharing the video but after receiving overwhelming positive feedback they decided to post it to Facebook. People immediately reached out saying the video touched their hearts.

As for baby Sutton, she doesn't really know what's going on, but she knows it's big. She has even been asked for her autograph when she joined her mother at work.

She is also VERY excited to say her prayers every night.
