I’m a caffeine junkie & not one bit ashamed of it. People close to me have learned to not even ask what day it is until I’ve had my coffee. When my grandson visits, he doesn’t even mention breakfast until he’s seen me drink at least two cups.

I’ve just read about a study by the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research that says it's good for you to drink exactly 4 cups of coffee a day, no more, no less.

Four cups provide health benefits, like potential weight loss and lower risk of heart disease and diabetes. Fewer than four cups, won't give you the health benefits. More than four cups will increase your risk of health issues and gaining weight.

How often do we hear about a study that actually encourages one of our addictions?
