Are Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush Back Together?

Well it seems like Kim Kardashian is back in her old stomping grounds again. According to TMZ Kim and Reggie have been spending alot of time together these past couple of days.

I wonder what her ex-hubby thinks about this one.... wait what's his name again?  Is it too soon for her to be kanoodling with old flames?

Multiple sources tell us ... the two were smiling and laughing during the lunch date ... and played it cool when fans approached them for pictures and autographs.
