It’s official! Adele is back and better than ever — and she’ll prove it by performing at the Grammys.

The velvety-voiced Brit announced her triumphant U.S. return on Twitter this morning (Jan. 31), posting, “Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys. It’s been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can’t wait, speak soon xx.”

This will be Adele’s first live performance since her throat surgery at the end of last year — and the gig is right on schedule with her recovery. While Adele may have forgotten she was a singer, no one else did. The ‘Someone Like You’ singer previously confirmed she would attend the Grammy ceremony, where she’s expected to clean up in all of the pop categories. She’s up for six awards, including Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Album of the Year for her epic ode to heartbreak, ’21.’

The Grammys will are on Feb. 12 on CBS. Welcome back, Adele! We’ve missed you!
