Additional Sandbag locations Announced
Additional sandbag stations for Lafayette Parish have been announced by the Department of Public Works. Residents can pick up sandbags at Southside Library, 6101 Johnston St., Blackham Coliseum, 2330 Johnston St., LCG Compost Facility, 400 N Dugas Road, off North University Ave., and South District sandbag site, 017 Fortune Road in Youngsville. These sites are "self bagging." The bags, and sand are free. You must bring your own shovel & fill them yourself.
