I love to cook & I generally try to make "healthy" variations. This isn't one of them. Some friends invited me to spend yesterday afternoon on their patio, watching football. When asked what to bring, I was told, "A good dip", so I made one.

I browned a pound of ground sirloin in a black skillet. Then I added 3 cans of Mexican Style Rotel, melted a block of Velveeta & stirred it all together, seasoned  with a few splashes of Tabasco Jabanero, some cayenne, a little garlic powder & some lime juice. It was a hit. There's a lot left over. I haven't had breakfast yet..........An omelette w/ some of that on top, or whole wheat beer pancakes?...
