Summer "officially" kicked off this past weekend. It hit Louisiana several weeks ago. It's been hot outside for nearly a month. Virtually every building & vehicle in South La. is air conditioned, but you still have to go outside. Here's an amusing guide to surviving  summer heat.

Close your curtains.

Turn all the fans on.

Have some lemonade.

Have some ice cream.

You'd probably rather NOT go outside.

Go to a water park.

No water park?  Find a pool.

Take a water gun with you.

Don't be afraid to take extreme measures!
