It's that time of year again, cold and flu season.  Experts say wash your hands, use hand sanitizer, ask co-workers to stay home if they become sick, etc. are all ways to lower the risks of catching a cold or flu.  But Cosmopolitan magazine says there's one way to lower your chances of getting sick, and it's FUN!

Researchers at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania found that people who make whoopee at least twice per week release more antigens.  One in particular called immunoglobulin, is particularly helpful in fighting off colds and flu.
