| Nissan Cube Recall
A recall of 46-thousand Cube hatchbacks is underway by Nissan. The automaker is taking the action because the vehicles leak too much fuel during rear-end crashes. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration notes the 2009 and 2010 model year Cubes failed rear crash tests. The agency said that the fuel leaks could result in a fire if there was any sort of spark or ignition source near the crash. Dealers will install a special protector that attaches to the gas recirculation tube. |
