90% Of People Stalk Their Exes On Facebook

We already knew it, but a new poll out has confirmed that most people stalk their exes on Facebook.  If you have an ex, research predicts you've probably done it too.

Exes beware, your old flame is using social networks to spy on you after the breakup by using a friend's account.  Browsing photos, reading posts and of course checking status updates.  Five percent even left nasty comments and 30% have posted songs lyrics or videos to express how they feel.

The study also found that users who de-friended their exes on Facebook were actually more distressed than those who didn't.
