89 year old Angie Tyma got kicked out of her house, so a neighbor intervened. Ms. Tyma had lived in the house for 35 years. When her husband passed away 20 years ago, she sold the house & rented it from the new owner. The landlord moved to Europe, and stopped making the mortgage payments, according  to the Tampa Bay Times. The home went into foreclosure, and Angie was evicted in November. She's well known & liked in her Hudson, Florida neighborhood. A neighbor, Danielle Calder, contacted the company that purchased the home at auction and bought it back for $167,000. She had it spruced up, and gave the keys back to Ms. Tyma on her 89th birthday. She has her house back, and a new, more benevolent landlord. Both parties declined to reveal the amount of the monthly rent. Happy birthday, and Merry Christmas!
