Art Linkletter used to say, "Kids Say The Darnedest Things." Sometimes kids DO the darnedest things! Seven-year-old Dylan Siegel from Beverly Hills, California has raised more than $600,000 to help his friend, Jonah Pournazarian. Jonah has a rare liver disease called glycogen storage disease. Only 500 children worldwide have the condition, which causes very dangerously low, potentially life-threatening blood sugar levels. Dylan decided he had to help his friend. When assistance was offered in setting up a lemonade stand was offered, Dylan responded, "Don't patronize me. I want to do something big."

Dylan says his friendship with Jonah is "as awesome as a chocolate bar." That's the inspiration for his book, "The Chocolate Bar Book."  People.com reports every cent raised by the book is going toward funding research to find a cure for GSD.
