Supermarkets bound to trick us into spending more, right?  And what about salad and food bars, do we get ripped off when they weigh our food?  Just asking.

I was at a local supermarket just the other day and started to think about the ways they might get me to spend more.  Does the music overhead affect my mood, my spending?  Do colors attract me to certain areas of the store?

And let's talk about the the food that's sold by the pound.  Do they take into consideration the weight of the actual container?  Are their scales accurate?
