Spring is right around the corner, and nothing says 'It's Great to be in the South!' like running out to your local farmer's markets here in Acadiana. One of my favorite's is the Delcambre Seafood and Farmer's Market, where not only can you hear great cajun music, but purchase fresh seafood right off the boat during the market hours.
