4-H / FFA Livestock Show And Sale Comes To Lafayette

It's Mardi - Gras season. Acadiana folks love to line the parade route, set up their barbecue pits, and make a five-day weekend out of the festivities in Lafayette, and surrounding communities.

The annual Lafayette Parish 4-H / FFA Livestock Show & Sale is a great place to get your meat, and support young farmers. The event is coming to the barns behind Blackham Coliseum January 23rd & 24th. You'll be able to purchase beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. You can get it butchered, wrapped, and freezer ready. Townsquare Media buys a pig every year and we have a big spring barbecue in the back yard of the radio station. We look forward to it!
