LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) — The student-organized Krewe of Roux will parade Thursday on the campus of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.

The Advertiser reports the parade will begin at 4 p.m., continuing a 25-year Carnival season tradition at the university.

Students, university organizations, faculty and staff can enter the parade.

Cars, trucks and walkers are allowed, but floats are prohibited.

Deadline to register a vehicle is 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
