2012 Olympian John Orozco Visits CJ and Debbie Ray and Talks About Meeting Rihanna

2012 Olympian John Orozco visited with us this morning to talk about the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions, coming to the Cajundome on Sunday, October 21. We asked how he became involved in gymnastics and he told this story: His father was a New York City Sanitation Worker and one day, he picked up a flyer promoting a gymnastics event and brought it home, thinking his young son who was into Tae Kwon Do might be interested. The rest is history. Makes you realize how sometimes things just work out.

We also asked him about the highest high point in his nineteen years of life. He enthusiastically said it was when Rihanna complimented him at the MTV Video Music Awards. Here's the video she saw  him in:
