The 'jeep jaunt' started in 2006 in efforts of raising money for the American Lung Association in honor of JayCee's mother who died as a result of an asthma attack. Since it's inception, AJRF and the 'jeep jaunt' have been able to turn Acadiana's love for giving back into over $650,000 for the American Lung Association.

Our Partners in the event are Sterling Jeep, Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel, KATC TV3, Celebrity Theatres, and Townsquare Media. Enjoy the pics!

Meritus Credit Union sends volunteers each year, and we put them to work handling a portion of the registration process. Charles Braun sent his drone high into the air to get great shots of the parking lot, littered with Jeeps (actually, Randy parked them in an incredibly organized manner!).

Jerry Russo with Bouncin' Bengal Fun Jumps set up this huge Jeep with the 'jeep jaunt' banner on it in front of Walk-On's to help people see where to go for registration.

And, finally, the Falcon Family. There are many more that make this event what it is, but here is the group that started it all. Most of them are Falcons, some are Honorable Falcons, but all are family!
