A fifth-grader in St. Louis had a brilliant idea that we all love at KTDY. She has decided to help children who are fighting cancer by creating 'Chemo Kits'.

Madeline Domian, 10, had the idea to make these kits after her Aunt Kathy passed away from cancer. Madeline knew that cancer treatments are tough on patients and just wanted to help others, especially children, go through the process. Each packet that she creates is filled with kid friendly items like coloring books, stuffed animals and twisty straws. "All kids want to do is be happy, be with friends, play, so I wanted to make little kits to make them feel happy so that they feel better," Madeline said.
